Get ready for the BONUS BLOGS!

Did you read that title in a monster truck announcer voice?

Because I wrote it in one. But that’s weird.

It’s weird, in part, because monster trucks don’t really fit in our image here at T&S. And if you’ve spent any time on our website, YouTube channel, or other social media platforms, you can probably confirm that to go on about monster trucks would be out of place for us.

Why is that, though?

A lot of it is branding—the T&S brand has some fun outer space elements, bright orange and blue colors, and a friendly, spaceship-flying robot. No trucks of any sort, as far as I’m aware.

The other part of it is company culture, which brings us back to those bonus blogs. We communicate company culture in a lot of ways: in our PixelTV videos, on Instagram, and to a lesser extent in our blogs and other social media channels. And now in our biweekly bonus blogs.*

Company culture is important for a lot of different reasons. For us, communicating our company culture well means that we’re able to give potential clients, referrals, and even new hires an idea of what to expect from us.

We like to say that we take our work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously! And that’s something we try to communicate across a host of different channels. That might lead some people to choose not to do business with us, but we find it also brings people to us who share our priorities of high-quality work and slightly self-deprecating humor.

In addition to our bonus blogs, which will go out every other Friday, we’ll be launching company culture videos soon! We already have a high-five competition and a french fry challenge in the works.

If you’d like to be notified of our company culture videos, subscribe to our YouTube channel! Have a suggestion for a company culture video we should create? Let us know in the comments!

Keep an eye out for our bonus blogs every other Friday for a healthy mix of T&S company culture, timely commentary on online marketing updates, and other worthwhile endeavors (98% guaranteed to be more interesting than reading the dictionary).

*Fun fact: Biweekly is a really ambiguous word. Here, we mean every other week.

Note from Tim: Lauren, you couldn’t be more wrong. We’re planning on doing these bonus blogs twice a month, which makes them bimonthly, another really ambiguous word. Unless you guys changed it that time I missed a staff meeting. Did you?
