Our hosting service is unique in that you don’t have to learn a new control panel or worry about messing anything up while trying to configure your hosting or website. Instead, you can just email or call us, and we’ll manage it and update it for you.
In addition to what normal hosting plans include, our plans also include minor updates to your website itself. That includes adding, editing, and deleting of text, graphics, and pages. Of course, you will still have access to the backend of WordPress if you want to make any changes on your own.

At Backslash, we have years of experience with WordPress and best practices with security. We've been installing WordPress on websites since as far back as 2007. We’ve been an advocate of good security practices that entire time. But in the years since we started using it, WordPress has become such a target for hackers, that security is far more of an issue now than it ever has been.
We first started working with Backslash Creative back in 2011. While the website has been helpful over the years, it was especially helpful during COVID. Like plenty of businesses, we couldn't have the traffic we normally did at our location. With our website, customers that normally would have come in were able to look at our website and either order online or call in an order.
